Artist research - Magna Butrym and Alexsander McQueen

This post will be include designers who inspired me to create my collection crochet bag. First designer it is Magna Butrym. She is Polish designer who create own brand 2014 year, she compare hand made work with details. Her arrival brought what many deemed 'a breath of fresh air' to Polish fashion (Monod-Gayrau, 2014) She works with the highest, quality fabrics with hand-knitted piece, plaited leather and hand- embroidered ornaments. This bag catch my attention, because it is very stylish mixing crochet yarn with satin and pearls looks beautiful.

It is mini bag Magda Butrym's made from satin, and she create very difficult large 3d fabric flowers. This bag not very big and is suitable for special occasions.

 The handle in this bag looks very creative, she used pearls as a decoration and that looks very stylish 

Second designer who inspire me was Alexsander McQueen, he often use difficult detail, like  embroidery, lacework, or beading. His work with crochet bags include different patterns, small and  delicate detail. McQueen used very expensive materials such us leaser, silk and yarn in his design.

Crocheted yarn basic bag with leather on the both of side to show new technique combination. It looks very attractive and  comfortable. 

Fashion genius Lee Alexander McQueen was known for his theatrical runway presentations and edgy political collections (Onessimo, 2023)
