Smart Objective : Crochet-wood Bag Project

As for my major project this term, I am going to design crochet bags which will be consist from of natural materials. I am planning to make a design of six bags, they will be suitable both for everyday use and for special event clutches.  I did plan of sketch of the design. I need to consider the material to for this project. 

This design is presenting spring -summer collection. For my bags, I chose the T-shirt yarn, which consist entirely of recycled material and also is perfectly width 5-6mm, that will keep the shape of the bag. I chose 2 patterns for my bags: the first is ear of wheat, which looks very nice, and the second is Round Crochet Bag Patterns.

 Choose natural fabrics such as cotton or linen for the lining of the bag, and I  want to add wood or bamboo elements for a natural look and texture. I can use natural materials such as wooden buttons or ties to close the bag. Consider using natural decorations such as wooden add aesthetic appeal. In addition to the materials, you should also consider the design of the bag, its size, shape and functionality. When developing a concept, it is important to consider the desired characteristics of my  target audience.

 My target will be millennials. I will aim to sell the bag on Etsy. It will be made using with yarn/wool materials which are sustainable and it may have additional buttons or fasteners which I will investigate.. This project will be done by the end of February
